John and Aelionna paid us a visit this holiday weekend. Since the death Aelionna’s uncle and the subsequent liquidation of his estate, she now has to find a new place to call home. She fell in love with the Nevada City area during her visit with the whelps earlier in May and thought John should come out and give the area a look-see. Where they end up living really depends on where John ultimately lands a job — but we’re keeping our fingers crossed that they’ll be relatively close. Read the rest of this entry »

Welcome to Rackoblog! I decided to revamp the site in order to make it easier to update and manage family photos with. The old TikiWiki site was a bit clunky and the image gallery was no longer working properly. If you’re looking for the new gallery, just go to http://racko.net/gallery — there aren’t many (if any) pics there yet, but there will be soon, so stay tuned and be sure to check back regularly. Now all I gotta do is find that pesky power cord so that I can recharge my digital camera!
